Jim Woolbright-President
As President and co-founder of WRI Mr. Woolbright has over 29 years of experience in the roofing and waterproofing industry in Southern California. As a businessman and roofing contractor Mr. Woolbright has spent his career working with the latest technological advances in the roofing industry to provide clients with the best service, products and roof investment value.
Joanne Woolbright-Vice President
As Vice President and founder of Woolbright’s Roofing Inc. Joanne Woolbright is the Executive Business Manager in charge of all business management activities at WRI. As a business entrepreneur and leader, Joanne Woolbright has over 20 years of roofing business management experience.
Justin Woolbright-Vice President
In the finest tradition of a family business Justin, son of the Woolbright’s works in the company directly involved with customer service, actual installation with roofing crews, performing roof inspections, and estimating projects. Justin is also currently attending college courses in the Construction Engineering field.
Lester Sinclair- Sales & Marketing
Lester is our Marketing and Sales Director with over 28 years of combined private and public sector experience in Environmental Design, Planning and Construction. Lester worked for the USDA-Forest Service on 4 National Forests and at the San Dimas Technology and Development Center in CA. He has authored and published several National publications in Resource Recovery and Recycling Management. Lester received his BSLA from Cal Poly Pomona in Environmental Design.
